Yes. We host in the EU, keep businesses' data strictly separated from one another and comply with GDPR requirements. Your guest data belongs to you - we don't sell it and don't pass it on to third parties.

Yes. There's no minimum term. You can cancel at the end of any month or pause individual modules. After cancellation, you can export your data.

You can reach us by email and via the help centre in the app. We usually reply within one business day. For packages with a larger feature set, we offer additional support with setup.

Payments run securely via Stripe Connect. Your guests pay directly online, and the amount is credited to your account without going through expensive delivery portals. For this you need a free Stripe account, which you connect in just a few steps.

No. gastronomx is made for restaurateurs, not for IT professionals. If you can use a smartphone, you'll get along here too. Everything is multilingual and reduced to the essentials.
