- How much is the fee – and who gets the money?The money goes directly to you. gastronomx only keeps a fair, transparent service fee; the usual Stripe payment fees apply on top. That is far less than the 13–30% of many delivery platforms.
- Why do I have to verify my account?To protect against fraud and ensure smooth payouts, Stripe verifies your identity (KYC). Only then is the ordering module unlocked – this is required by law and for your security.
- Can I sell vouchers?Yes. You can sell vouchers online – for immediate cash flow, especially around seasonal occasions such as Christmas or Mother’s Day.
