Reviews are tied to real visits. Near the reviews we transparently disclose how we ensure they come from actual guests (fair-trading transparency).
Can I report an unfair review?
Yes. Through a reporting procedure you can challenge a review. If you dispute the guest contact, the platform asks the reviewer for evidence and removes the review if it cannot be substantiated – while legitimate negative reviews remain.
